Details of the Crime

A cyclist was involved in a crash where he was struck by multiple vehicles.  One of the vehicles involved fled the scene after hitting and dragging the victim.  The victim passed away at the hospital.  The vehicle is a 2003-2008 metallic beige colored Toyota Corolla.
